Refund and Cancellation Policy

Important: The following refund terms apply to AI-powered services and digital content purchased through Reklamci.ai. Due to the nature of digital products, the right of withdrawal is limited after access is provided.

1. General Refund Terms

According to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal is limited after access to digital content is provided. However, applications that meet ALL of the following conditions will be evaluated.

2. Requirements for Refund Request

For your refund request to be accepted, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Access Control: Online services/reports accessed must not have been used or downloaded
  • Time Limit: Must not exceed 3 (three) days after access to content is provided
  • Recording Prohibition: Services or visual content must not have been recorded with third-party software
  • Technical Issue: A technical issue that contradicts the results stated in the product description
  • Usage Rate: More than 10% of the content must not have been consumed

Note: In-platform actions (service usage, file downloads, campaign creation, etc.) are logged and taken into account when evaluating refund conditions.

3. Refund Process

  1. Refund Request: Submit your requests via email to info@reklamci.ai. Be sure to include the following information in your email:
    • Purchase date
    • Invoice/payment number
    • Reason for refund request
    • Username or email address
  2. Review: Our support team reviews log records and usage history. Review time is maximum 3 business days.
  3. Approval: If conditions are met, your refund request is approved and you will be notified via email.
  4. Reimbursement: Payment made through PayTR is refunded via the same channel (credit/debit card). The refund process is completed within a maximum of 14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be made in the following situations:

  • A significant portion of the content has been consumed (over 10% usage)
  • More than 3 days have passed since access was provided
  • Access has been shared with third parties or recorded
  • Digital products that fall under exceptions to the right of withdrawal in legislation
  • Issues caused by user error (wrong package selection, wrong configuration, etc.)
  • Issues on third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok)
  • Dissatisfaction with campaign performance (as no guarantee is given)

5. Subscription Cancellation

5.1. Cancellation Period: To cancel your subscriptions, you must notify info@reklamci.ai at least 30 days before the subscription renewal date.

5.2. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed. You will be notified by email before renewal.

5.3. After Cancellation: Cancelled subscriptions continue until the end of the paid period. No payment is taken for the new period.

5.4. Data Export: You can export your data before terminating your subscription. Data is deleted within 30 days after subscription termination.

6. Special Situations

6.1. Technical Issues: If the service cannot be used due to platform-related technical issues, the subscription period is extended until the issue is resolved or a refund may be made.

6.2. Service Changes: If significant changes are made to the service scope, existing users are notified 30 days in advance and given the right to cancel.

6.3. Price Changes: Price increases do not affect existing subscriptions. They are valid for the new period.

7. Refund Appeals

If your refund request is rejected, the reason is communicated via email. You can submit your appeals to support@reklamci.ai. If unresolved, you may apply to the consumer arbitration board.

Important Notes

  • • Your refund requests will be evaluated as soon as possible and you will be contacted.
  • • The refund process is carried out with the same payment method for payments made through PayTR.
  • • Due to bank processing times, the refund may take 3-14 business days to reflect in your account.
  • • All refund transactions are recorded in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation.
