Reklamci.ai is an AI-powered ad management and optimization platform. Through the platform:

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok ads from a single dashboard
• Receive AI-powered campaign optimization recommendations
• Ad performance analysis and reporting
• Target audience analysis and recommendations
• Creative content generation and optimization

3.1. Account Security:

• Keep your account information secure and do not share with third parties
• Update your password regularly
• Report immediately in case of suspected unauthorized access

3.2. Legal Compliance:

• Run campaigns in compliance with laws
• Do not share fake or misleading information
• Respect copyrights
• Do not share spam, fraud, or harmful content

3.3. Platform Integrations:

• Only connect accounts you are authorized to use when connecting to Facebook, Google, and other platforms
• Comply with the terms of service of third-party platforms
• Do not misuse integration permissions

4.1. Payment Method: All payments are processed securely through PayTR payment infrastructure. Credit cards, debit cards, and other PayTR-supported payment methods can be used.

4.2. Pricing: Prices shown on the platform include VAT. Prices may change without prior notice, but existing subscriptions will not be affected.

4.3. Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions are automatically renewed. You will be notified by email before renewal. To cancel, you must notify us 30 days in advance.

4.4. Invoice: E-invoice or e-archive invoice will be issued for all payments and sent to your email address.

Due to the nature of digital services, the right of withdrawal is limited after access to the service is provided. For detailed information, please review the Refund Policy page.

Refund requests should be sent to info@reklamci.ai and will be evaluated within 3 days. Approved refunds will be returned via PayTR using the same payment method.

All content, software, designs, and trademarks on the platform belong to Reklamci.ai. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

Rights to content created by users belong to the user, but the right to use within the platform is granted to Reklamci.ai.

7.1. The platform is provided "as is." No specific performance increase, conversion target, or revenue guarantee is given.

7.2. Reklamci.ai cannot be held responsible for API outages, policy changes, or technical issues on third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok).

7.3. No responsibility is accepted for losses resulting from user errors, misconfigurations, or factors outside the platform.

All data is processed and protected in compliance with KVKK (Law No. 6698) and GDPR.

The platform may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance, but interruptions may occur without prior notice in emergencies.

It is recommended to first contact our support team at info@reklamci.ai orsupport@reklamci.ai. Most issues are resolved within the same day.

If legal proceedings are necessary, Turkish law applies and Istanbul courts are authorized. Consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts are also authorized.

These terms of service may be updated from time to time. Important changes will be notified by email and announced on the platform. It is recommended to check regularly to stay informed about changes.
