Distance Sales Agreement

Important: Please read this agreement carefully before using the digital products and services offered through Reklamci.ai for the first time. By starting to use the platform, you declare that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions in this agreement.

BUYER (Consumer):
The natural or legal person who purchases digital content or services through the Reklamci.ai platform.
USER:
The person designated by the Buyer and granted access to the system.
In accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation; this agreement aims to determine the sales conditions of AI-powered advertising optimization services, educational content, and digital products offered electronically through Reklamci.ai.
The Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed about the basic features of the product, the sales price including taxes, payment method, and delivery information before placing an order.
3.1. Service Scope:
3.2. Usage: Purchased content is exclusive to the relevant user and cannot be transferred to third parties.
3.3. Intellectual Property: All intellectual and industrial property rights of digital content on Reklamci.ai belong to SERDAR DOGAN. Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, and screen recording are considered copyright infringement.
4.1. Payment: Full upfront payment including all taxes (VAT included) for the duration and scope specified in the packages is essential.
4.2. Payment Infrastructure: Your payment information is processed securely through the PayTR integrated infrastructure. PayTR is a PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure provider.
4.3. Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, and other PayTR supported payment methods can be used.
4.4. Invoice: E-invoice or e-archive invoice related to the payment is delivered digitally to the buyer and is an integral part of the agreement.
5.1. Delivery: Access to digital products is provided through the Reklamci.ai panel immediately after payment confirmation. Since the services offered are online, there is no physical delivery.
5.2. Access Information: Access information to the user panel is sent via email. Please make sure your email address is correct.
5.3. Service Duration: Unlimited access to the platform is provided during the subscription period. Access ends when the subscription period expires.
6.1. Right of Withdrawal: Exceptions specified in other legislation come into effect when access to digital content is provided. However, refunds may be made under certain conditions.
6.2. Refund Conditions: Refund conditions are evaluated within the scope of Reklamci.ai Refund Policy. The accessed content must not have been viewed/downloaded and must not exceed 3 days.
6.3. Refund Process: Refund requests should be submitted to info@reklamci.aiand will be evaluated within a maximum of 14 business days. Approved refunds are returned through PayTR using the same payment method.

All content on Reklamci.ai, including AI outputs, images, software, and documents, are protected by copyright. The seller reserves the right to pursue legal and criminal remedies if unauthorized use is detected.

All data is processed and protected in compliance with KVKK (Law No. 6698) and GDPR.
In disputes arising from this agreement, the parties will first seek resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, Turkish law applies and Istanbul courts have jurisdiction.
Consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts are also authorized. To apply to the consumer arbitration board, you can visit tuketici.gov.tr.
